What a commercial contract covers
One contract, one point of contact, one team on site. No coordinating between a designer, a supplier and a fitter who have never met.
- Consultancy
- Kitchen flow, covers per service, extraction and drainage requirements assessed before anything is drawn.
- Design
- Full layout drawings and equipment schedules, coordinated with your architect and MEP consultant.
- Stainless steel
- Benches, sinks, shelving and extraction canopies fabricated to the drawings.
- Cabinetry
- Storage, servery and front-of-house joinery from the same factory as our residential work.
- Installation
- Our own teams, phased around your construction programme or closure window.
- Handover
- Commissioning, staff walkthrough and a project dossier with references you can call.
