- Client brief, site assessment, functional requirements and budget alignment before anything is drawn.
- Design and engineering
- Technical layouts, material specifications and detailed drawings, coordinated with your architect and consultants.
- Manufacture and procure
- Precision production in our Addis Ababa factory, with controlled sourcing of imported systems and appliances.
- Commercial kitchens and laundry
- Systems imported from leading manufacturers in Italy, Turkey and Germany.
- Finishing materials
- Ceramics, roofing, wall cladding, flooring, UPVC and PPR pipes and fittings, sourced and integrated with the build.
- Install and handover
- Installation, quality checks, testing, commissioning and after-sales support.
